I’ve dubbed our recent November trip to El Salvador as our “Miracle trip” as 20 people came together from 5 churches and 2 states to do a breadth of ministry unlike most of our trips. There were many in the group who did not know each other, but God brought us together in unity and spread us out to work with multiple churches. One group left on Monday from St. Louis and the other from Kansas City, meeting in Houston for the final leg.
Here’s our first meal together Monday night in El Salvador:
Tuesday and Wednesday we split up into two groups and did evangelism and prayer for four churches. Some had the privilege to work with children…
Some with adults…
Some walking the streets engaging people with the gospel…
Some prayed with church members who were sick or in crisis…
Thursday through Saturday we did a Pastor’s Family Retreat with 80 in attendance (plus our 20)! We had four tracks. A pastors’ track:
A spouses’ track:
A youth track:
A children’s track:
We also provided a medical clinic for the pastors’ families!
When they were all together it was a big group!
We did some sight-seeing on Saturday.
We preached, sang and/or gave testimonies in six different churches on Sunday!
We enjoyed the relationships and the food!
Thanks for all your prayers and financial support! It’s a life changing trip for those who go! Would you pray about a mission trip for 2020?
For the Kingdom!
